Officer Injured in Vehicle Collision

Salinas, CA – On October 25th, at approximately 12:30 AM, an officer was responding to a high priority call for service with his lights and siren activated (code 3).

At the intersection of Williams Rd. and E. Market St., the officer’s vehicle was involved in a collision with another vehicle. The occupants of the vehicle were treated on scene and released. The officer was transported to Natividad Medical Center (NMC). The officer is in stable condition with non life threatening injuries at the moment.
