Join us for National Night Out! We’re inviting agencies and organizations to apply now for a chance to showcase your work either through an informational booth or an engaging activity. With limited space available, selections will be based on both space constraints and how well your activity or presentation aligns with the goals of National Night Out. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with the community—apply today! All applications due by July 21, 2025.

Booth and Display Opportunities

All booth and display opportunities are in-kind. You, as the applicant, will be required to provide all activity supplies, promotional materials, table, tent, chairs, etc.

I understand that if selected, our agency will be responsible for bringing all supplies, table, chairs, tent, etc.
ACTIVITY
Provide Activity (game, craft, etc.) and staff to run the activity during the event.
INFORMATIONAL
Hand out promotional or educational material for National Night Out attendees.
Which opportunity are you applying for to participate in?
All vendor opportunities are in-kind. You as the applicant will be required to provide all activity supplies, promotional material, and water for the event.

Are you interested in donating an item for the giveaway raffle (not required)?
I agree to notify the Salinas Police Department Planning Committee 7 days in advance if my agency or organization, once selected for booth space, must cancel. Due to limited space and a waitlist for alternates, failure to cancel by that deadline or a no-show may disqualify your agency from participating in future events.
I agree to remain throughout the duration of the event which is from 5:00pm to 7:30pm, and I understand that the designated set up time is between 3:30pm and 4:30pm.
I am happy to participate without engaging in any sales or solicitation during the event.
