On 5/20/23, at approximately 2:00 am, a 17-year-old male was stabbed at Natividad Creek Park. The stabbing victim was dropped off at a local hospital. He had multiple stab wounds to his chest, shoulder, and head. The injuries, although serious, do not appear to be life-threatening.

Officers quickly located and stopped the vehicle that dropped him off, a Gray Dodge Durango. The two occupants of the vehicle stated they picked up the victim at Natividad Creek Park and drove him to the hospital.

The victim stated he was stabbed during a fight at the park. He described a 2010 silver Chevy Silverado as possibly being involved. Officers located a blood trail and the crime scene by the Nogal Drive entrance to Natividad Creek Park just east of the restrooms.
