Salinas, CA – The City Manager will be holding a Press Conference on Monday, December 2nd to introduce Carlos Acosta as Salinas’ new Chief of Police and provide additional information on the transition and recruitment process. The media will also hear from Chief Acosta, and there will be an opportunity for one-on-one interviews following the Press Conference.
