| Salinas, CA — Due to the rise of cases in Monterey County and to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the customer service counter at the Salinas Police Department will have limited hours of operation effective Thursday, January 20th. In-person and over the phone counter services will be available Monday – Friday from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
